Frequently Asked Questions
The bundle brings together a complete learning path for enterprise software development. You get 40+ hours of learning, 40+ practical exercises, 4 enterprise-grade projects, and courses covering OutSystems 11, ODC, enterprise architecture, multi-tenancy, integrations, RAG, Agentic AI, certification preparation, and real-world application development.
No. OutSystems is the primary development platform we use, but the bigger goal is to teach you how enterprise software is actually developed. You will learn requirements analysis, user stories, architecture, data modeling, business logic, integrations, security, workflows, multi-tenancy, AI, debugging, and production-style development practices.
This program is not designed to teach you a particular programming language. It is designed to teach you how real enterprise software projects are planned, architected, developed, integrated, and delivered.
If we built these projects from scratch using traditional technologies such as Java or Python, a significant amount of time would first go into setting up frameworks, project structures, libraries, UI layers, APIs, authentication, infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and other application plumbing. And these aren’t small tutorial applications. You’ll work on projects involving multi-tenancy, complex business workflows, integrations, security, AI, RAG, asynchronous processing, external systems, and multiple application components.
Building this scale of application traditionally from scratch—without heavily relying on AI-generated code or pre-built solutions—could take a professional team many months or even more than a year. That’s why we use OutSystems. The goal isn’t to spend the entire program building one application. The goal is to experience multiple complex enterprise projects and understand how they are actually developed.
OutSystems allows us to work at a higher level of abstraction, so we can spend more time learning: Requirements → Architecture → Development → Integration → Security → Testing → Deployment → Enterprise Operations.
We’re not using OutSystems because Java or Python can’t build these applications. We’re using OutSystems because we want to teach you how enterprise projects are developed—not spend the entire course building the foundation required to build them.
Instead of following a step-by-step tutorial like: Click here → create this entity → drag this widget → add this logic. You’ll work with business requirements and user stories, similar to how development teams work on real projects.
The learning flow is: Business Requirement → User Story → Acceptance Criteria → Technical Design → Development → Testing → Review.
For example: As an Export Manager, I want to create and submit an export shipment so that the operations team can review and process it. You then determine: What data is required? What entities and relationships are needed? What screens are required? What business rules apply? Which users can perform the action? What APIs or external systems are involved? What happens when an operation fails? What should happen asynchronously? How should this work across multiple tenants? How should the application be secured?
That’s the difference between following a tutorial and learning enterprise application development.
Not necessarily. The bundle includes foundational OutSystems learning before moving into advanced enterprise development and projects. However, the program eventually covers enterprise architecture, APIs, integrations, AI, multi-tenancy, and application design. Having basic programming or software development knowledge can therefore make the advanced sections easier to understand.
You will work on 4 enterprise-grade applications:
- DEXPO — A 3-phase enterprise import/export business suite.
- IntelliCampus — A multi-phase, multi-tenant enterprise AI Copilot.
- Census 2026 — A complex census application for the Republic of Albania.
- OmniShelf — A warehouse inventory reconciliation application.
These projects are built around realistic business requirements, workflows, integrations, and enterprise development scenarios rather than simple tutorial applications.
The bundle is designed to teach you how enterprise applications are actually built, not just how to use individual technologies. You’ll learn:
Enterprise Software Development · Requirements & User Stories · Enterprise Architecture · OutSystems 11 · ODC · Multi-Tenancy · APIs & Integrations · AI & RAG · Agentic AI · Security · Business Workflows · Cloud Integration · Async Operations · Real-World Project Development · Certification Preparation.
Most importantly, you’ll learn how these concepts come together to build complete enterprise applications.
