By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with any policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

By using this Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or you are using the Platform under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree that all information provided during registration or purchase is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities conducted under your account.

By signing up on the Platform or submitting any enquiry form, you expressly consent to receive communication from Lowcademy via email, phone, or messaging platforms such as WhatsApp for promotional, informational, and transactional purposes. This includes updates regarding courses, offers, reminders, and service-related communication.

4. Course Access and Usage

All content provided on the Platform, including self-paced courses, live cohorts, and learning materials, is for personal, non-commercial use only. Self-paced courses are provided for a limited duration as specified at the time of purchase. Sharing, reproducing, distributing, or reselling any course content in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without notice.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

All purchases made on the Platform are strictly non-refundable. Once access to any course, cohort, or material is granted, no cancellations, refunds, or transfers will be provided under any circumstances.

6. No Job Guarantee

Lowcademy provides educational content and training to enhance skills in low-code platforms such as OutSystems and similar technologies. We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, promotions, or any specific career outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, background, and external market conditions.

7. Third-Party Platform Access Responsibility

Lowcademy provides training on third-party platforms such as OutSystems and other low-code technologies. We do not own, control, or manage these platforms. Users are solely responsible for creating and maintaining their accounts on such platforms.

If any third-party platform restricts access, denies account creation, suspends usage, or removes access for any reason, Lowcademy shall not be held responsible. No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases. Users must ensure they have proper access to required platforms before making any purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including videos, materials, designs, text, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Lowcademy and is protected under applicable laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal use only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Code of Conduct

Users agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and must not engage in any activity that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or violates any applicable laws. Harassment, impersonation, spamming, unauthorized access attempts, or misuse of the Platform will result in termination of access without notice.

10. Public Interaction and User Content

If the Platform provides forums, discussions, or interactive features, participation is optional. Any content shared by users remains their responsibility. By posting content, you grant Lowcademy a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display such content. Lowcademy is not responsible for user-generated content or interactions between users.

The Platform and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Lowcademy does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the content will meet specific expectations or outcomes.

12. Limitation of Liability

Lowcademy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or business interruption.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lowcademy, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

14. Modifications

Lowcademy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
