Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all courses, classes, programs, events, and services offered through Lowcademy.com, operated by Xaltiq Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"). By enrolling or making a payment on the Platform, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on Lowcademy are final and strictly non-refundable.

Once payment is successfully completed, no refunds, cancellations, reversals, or chargebacks shall be permitted under any circumstances.

This applies to:

Pre-recorded video courses
Live online classes
In-person classes, lectures, workshops, or events
Subscription-based or one-time programs

2. No Exceptions

Refunds shall not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind or personal reasons
Non-attendance or partial attendance
Lack of usage or failure to access content
Scheduling conflicts
Dissatisfaction with course structure, content, instructor, or delivery style
Internet connectivity issues, device issues, or technical problems at the user’s end
Medical emergencies or personal circumstances
Course removal or modification

3. Course Validity & Substitution

Pre-recorded courses are provided with a maximum validity of three (3) months from activation unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Company reserves the right to modify, replace, or remove course content at any time.
In case pre-recorded content is removed during the validity period, a live online session of up to one (1) week may be provided as a substitute.

Such substitution shall be considered full and final settlement, and no refund shall be applicable.

4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized reversal through a bank or payment gateway shall be considered a violation of this Policy.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access without notice in such cases.
Supporting evidence, including acceptance of this Refund Policy, Terms & Conditions, and access logs, may be submitted to payment gateways or banks to contest disputes.

5. Discounts & Promotional Offers

Payments made under discounts, coupons, promotional pricing, or limited-time offers remain non-refundable.

6. Taxes & Fees

All taxes, gateway charges, and transaction fees are non-refundable and non-reversible.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
