Welcome to Lowcademy.com ("Platform"). This website and its services are operated by Xaltiq Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, enrolling, or purchasing any course or service from Lowcademy, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Nature of Services

Lowcademy provides:

  • Pre-recorded low-code and software development courses

  • Live online (remote) classes

  • In-person classes, lectures, workshops, and events

All content is educational in nature and intended solely for learning and skill development purposes.

2. No Job Guarantee / No Placement Assurance

Lowcademy does not provide any job guarantee, placement assurance, internship promise, or employment commitment, whether explicitly stated or implied. Any references to career outcomes, examples, or testimonials are illustrative only and do not constitute a promise of results.

3. Course Access & Validity

  • Pre-recorded video courses are provided with a maximum validity of three (3) months from the date of activation unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Course access may be modified, restricted, replaced, or removed at any time at the Company’s discretion.

  • In the event that pre-recorded content is removed during the validity period, a live online session of up to one (1) week may be provided as a substitute. This substitution shall be considered full and final.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

  • The Company reserves the right to revise pricing, course structure, or offerings at any time without prior notice.

  • Taxes (including GST) shall be charged as applicable under Indian law.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All courses, programs, classes, and events offered by Lowcademy are strictly non-refundable.

Once payment is made, no refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or reversals shall be permitted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Non-usage or partial usage

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Dissatisfaction with course content

  • Internet or technical issues at the user’s end

Please review course details carefully before making a purchase.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree that:

  • You will not share, resell, distribute, record, reproduce, or exploit course content in any form.

  • You will not attempt unauthorized access to systems, content, or other users’ accounts.

  • You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate termination of access without notice or refund.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Lowcademy, including videos, recordings, course materials, text, graphics, logos, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of Xaltiq Technologies Private Limited.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, commercial use, or derivative creation is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Lowcademy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform.

  • We are not responsible for outcomes, career progression, income, or business success arising from course participation.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xaltiq Technologies Private Limited from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Platform

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user, without notice or refund, if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Misuse, abuse, or unlawful activity is detected

  • Required by law or regulatory authorities

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

12. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
